Incinerators use high-temperature combustion to break down organic matter in garbage into ash and flue gas. The flue gas is kept above 850°C for more than two seconds to break down dioxins. A purification system ensures exhaust gas meets standards, and the ash is treated and then landfilled.
Our waste incinerator adopts the most advanced technology:First furnace pyrolysis gasification & surround wind con-firing +secondary furnace reburning till burn-out +flue gas purification system.The incinerator can reduce waste volume by 95-96%.The highest temperature of incinerator running can reach 1200ºC,which can achieve the effect of sterilization and disinfection.There will be no smoke,no smell,no pollution after be burning.
